Susan McCormick
Executive Vice President

Susan McCormick brings more than 25 years of experience in creating software solutions for government agencies. As executive vice president, she oversees the company’s ongoing growth and profitability, sustainability, and delivery of exceptional business solutions. Together with the leadership team, she focuses on delivering a compelling customer experience. 

Susan is a CityView veteran with more than 17 years of progressive experience, including executive vice president and vice president of research and development at CityView. Most recently, she held the position of vice president, customer success. In that role, Susan directed the leaders of support and product development to enable customers to be successful in their roles through the use of CityView solutions.

Susan holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Computer Science, from Dalhousie University in Halifax, NS.


Steve Favalaro
Vice President, Sales and Marketing

Steve Favalaro brings more than 30 years of experience to lead CityView’s sales and marketing efforts, helping local governments streamline their operations and enhance service delivery standards. With a decade of experience in community development within local governments and 25 years as a regional sales manager at CityView, Steve is instrumental in driving growth for all of our product lines (CityView, BluePrince Cloud and Questys). His deep understanding of government processes and CityView’s solutions ensures alignment between sales and marketing activities and the company’s core values.
 
A graduate of Architectural Technology from Mohawk College of Applied Arts and Technology, Steve enjoys home renovations, traveling to explore new places, watching professional sports and spending quality time with his family.


Chris Wigens
Vice President, Professional Services

Chris Wigens serves as CityView’s vice president of professional services. Working closely with the entire CityView executive team, his responsibilities encompass a broad spectrum of tasks, all aimed at ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

He has more than 15 years of leadership experience within various IT fields. An MBA graduate and certified ITIL 4 strategic leader, Chris relocated to Calgary, Canada, in 2017 from Durban, South Africa.

A self-proclaimed wildlife enthusiast, Chris also enjoys fishing, music and video games.


Liam Collins
Director of Customer Success

Liam Collins serves as CityView’s director of customer success, responsible for overall customer wellbeing by monitoring the health of customers' systems, ensuring issues are addressed and acting as the senior escalation point, when needed.

He has more than 15 years of experience in project management, customer service and business development across a range of different enterprises. Liam holds a Project Management Professional (PMP)® Certification. He earned his Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Anthropology, from Saint Francis Xavier University in Antigonish, Nova Scotia.

In his spare time, Liam enjoys cooking and the occasional round of golf. Bilingual in both French and English, he also speaks intermediate level Spanish.


Vince Liderth
Team Lead, Customer Success

Vince Liderth is a team lead in our customer success department and has been with CityView since 2000.  He started in support after completing the Application and Management of Information Technology (AMIT) program at the University of  Victoria.  
 
Vince has worked in multiple departments over the years, such as client services, support, and research & development.  He currently manages CityView’s hosting infrastructure in addition to troubleshooting customer and staff technical issues. He enjoys hiking and traveling in his spare time.


Mark Atkinson
Vice President, Research and Development

Mark Atkinson serves as CityView’s vice president of research and development, responsible for the evolution of CityView’s suite of products and resolution of technical issues.
 
He was hired a software developer in 2000 and, since then, he’s held the roles of team lead and director. With more than 25 years with CityView, Mark has seen the core CityView product evolve through different technologies, coding languages and business paradigms. 

In his spare time, he enjoys skiing, hiking and exploring all over his home, Vancouver Island, BC, as well as traveling abroad and discovering new cultures and adventures.
 
Mark received his Diploma of Information and Technology from North Island College on Vancouver Island, British Columbia.


Steve Graham
Chief Technical Architect

Steve Graham is an accomplished technical architect with over thirty years of experience developing software for a range of platforms and technologies. With a strong technical background, Steve’s focus has been to provide solutions that solve users' problems. He provides high level strategic technical vision, analysis of requirements, identification of key abstractions and definition of the overall architecture.

Steve has spent over 25 years guiding the evolution of the core CityView product through numerous technology generations and architectures. In 2002, CityView was the world-wide winner of the Microsoft Certified Partner Awards in the packaged application category.

Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering from the University of Natal, South Africa.
