Grande Prairie expands self-service options to business owners for licensing activities via the CityView Portal
The City of Grande Prairie, Alberta expands self-service options to business owners for licensing activities via the CityView Portal.
The CityView Portal provides an easy and convenient way for Grande Prairie business owners to self-serve online. The Portal allows businesses to apply for licenses, obtain up-to-date status information pertaining to their business license or business license application, and pay any fees they owe, including renewals. Payment integration is provided by Paymentus, CityView’s preferred payment processing partner.
The benefits of the new software to the City support its economic and development initiatives through an automated business license renewal process, accurate and up-to-date revenue records and a transformation into a fully electronic business licensing process.
Since this go-live was so successful, Grande Prairie wants to continue offering online services by adding CityView Animal Licensing, CityView Permits & Inspections, and CityView Planning to better serve constituents.
