Quinte West

Since 2013, the City of Quinte West in Ontario has been leveraging CityView to streamline its municipal processes. Verified documents can be shared, reviewed and marked up easily using Bluebeam Revu, which tracks all changes for effortless comparison between versions.

  • Comprehensive service offering: CityView Portal supports various processes such as permit applications, business licensing, project submittals and open records requests, fostering a more efficient and citizen-centric experience.

Real-world success stories

CityView’s Electronic Plans Review and Portal have already demonstrated remarkable success in other municipalities. For instance, South Jordan, Utah, set a new building department standard of 90 days from permit application to certificate of occupancy issuance using these modules. Today, 99% percent of permitting, planning and licensing applications in South Jordan are completed online.
