Save the Date: 2025 CityView Customer Conference – October 7-9 in Austin, Texas!

We’re excited to announce the dates for the 2025 CityView Customer Conference! Mark your calendars for October 7-9, 2025, in Austin, Texas, where you’ll join CityView users from across North America for three days of learning, networking and hands-on experiences designed to help you get the most out of your CityView solutions.

What to expect at the 2025 conference

The CityView Customer Conference is the ultimate event for our users to come together, share insights and discover best practices for optimizing CityView software. This year, we’re packing even more into the schedule with two full days of engaging learning sessions on Tuesday and Wednesday. Whether you’re a seasoned user or new to CityView, there’s something for everyone.

On Thursday, we’re bringing back User Camp, our popular hands-on support lab. This year, User Camp will be held in the morning, giving you the chance to roll up your sleeves and dive into real-world scenarios. The event will wrap up by lunchtime, leaving you with plenty of time to network and enjoy sightseeing in Austin.

Evening social events

Networking is a huge part of the CityView conference experience and we’ve planned several social events throughout the week to ensure you have the chance to connect with your peers. These informal gatherings are a great way to swap ideas, share experiences and form lasting relationships with other CityView users. Stay tuned for details!

We’re thrilled to host the 2025 conference in the vibrant city of Austin—known for its lively culture, great food, and thriving tech scene. Austin is the perfect backdrop for a conference that blends learning with fun. The event will take place at the DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Austin Downtown Capitol, a prime location just two blocks from the Texas Capitol and within walking distance of many of Austin’s top attractions. We’ve secured a special group rate with rooms available at $249 USD/night (excluding taxes and fees).

Plan early to save

Be sure to take advantage of our early bird pricing to save on your registration fee. Register by August 15, 2025, for the discounted rate of $1,200 USD. After that, the regular rate of $1,500 USD applies until September 15, 2025. Your admission includes full access to training sessions, User Camp, conference meals and social events.
