CityView is hiring: Implementation specialist / business analyst

CityView is growing, and we’re looking for a dedicated implementation specialist / business analyst to join our Professional Services team!

What you’ll do

As a key member of our implementation team, you’ll work closely with customers to understand their business needs, configure our software to streamline their workflows and train end users to get the most out of CityView. You'll play an essential role in helping municipalities across North America modernize their processes, enhance service delivery and better serve their communities.

This fully remote position offers the opportunity to work from anywhere, with occasional travel to client sites in the U.S. and Canada.

Your impact

• Drive efficiency: Help clients optimize their internal processes through software solutions

• Collaborate for success: Partner with internal teams to ensure successful implementations

What we’re looking for

• Strong background in software configuration and end-user training
• 5+ years of relevant experience preferred
• Experience with municipal government or permitting processes a plus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Willingness to travel up to 15%
