CityView Welcomes CharityLogic to the Harris Family
CityView has added a new business to our portfolio.
On Tuesday, March 13, 2018, Harris acquired CharityLogic (also known as iCarol). iCarol provides all-in-one helpline management software to crisis organizations such as 211's (call lines for community and social services) and Distress Centers. The iCarol 100% SAAS solutions enable customers to log calls, schedule staff, report on results and facilitate helping those in distress seek assistance. iCarol has over 360 customers in seven countries. The business will be run as its own entity within the CityView portfolio. We’re thrilled to welcome the iCarol customers and employees to CityView and to Harris Computer Systems.
