CityView is pleased to welcome Dale Peters to the CityView Support team!

Dale joins CityView as Director, Customer Success with several years of experience in the very customer-centric software support and real estate industry, over which time he established himself as a trusted resource for clients through listening and truly being the customer advocate. Dale’s previous customers involved various systems around land management, financial accounting, environment health & safety, and government regulations. Dale was honored to receive the Alberta Premiers “Gold” Award of Excellence for his contributions to a three year project entitled “Bringing Land Sales and Postings to the World Wide Web” in 2007.

Dale is excited to be moving to Victoria, BC with his wife Dolores, a long-time dream for both. Dale feels that his “measure of success is the customer’s success.”
