CityView is excited to announce the addition of Chris Wigens as the vice president of professional services. With a wealth of experience in leadership roles across various IT fields, Chris brings a dynamic blend of expertise and passion to his new role.

Chris will be responsible for proactively managing customer communications and issue resolutions; developing and strengthening customer relationships; improving implementation methodologies; and scheduling departmental activities to ensure adequate project staffing.

Having spent over 15 years honing his leadership skills, Chris is no stranger to driving exceptional customer experiences. His journey began with a strong educational foundation, culminating in an MBA degree. Additionally, Chris holds certification as an ITIL 4 strategic leader, showcasing his commitment to best practices in IT service management.

Beyond his professional achievements, Chris is a multifaceted individual with diverse interests. A self-proclaimed wildlife enthusiast, he is often found exploring the great outdoors, often in pursuit of the elusive catch. In addition to being an “exceptionally poor fisherman,” Chris is a musician and an avid gamer. Originally hailing from Durban, South Africa, Chris relocated to Calgary, Canada, in 2017 alongside his wife and a pack of five huskies. They welcomed their son into the world soon after.
