About the role
We are seeking an experienced regional sales representative to expand the customer base for our Questys document management solution. This remote position involves minimal travel (5%-10%) for in-person meetings and attendance at conferences and trade shows. As a key player in our sales team, you will engage in prospecting, cold calling and account management, utilizing tools like ZoomInfo, Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications.
Your impact
In this role, you will:
- Analyze market potential and execute targeted prospecting activities to drive pipeline growth
- Conduct cold calls and in-person presentations to existing and prospective customers
- Develop and execute a regional sales plan
- Create clear, effective proposals and ensure timely RFP responses
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive activities
- Record all customer interactions in Salesforce CRM
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet sales targets
- Accurately forecast sales bookings
- Participate in trade shows, conferences and customer meetings
- Foster strong relationships within customer accounts, focusing on end-user satisfaction
Ideal candidate profile
We are looking for someone who is:
- Experienced: 3-5 years of sales experience, with expertise in document/file management and agenda management solutions. Previous experience selling to local government customers is a significant advantage.
- Skilled: Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Experience selling complex software and SaaS solutions with a 3-6 month deal cycle.
- Communicative: Excellent presentation, demonstration and communication skills.
- Motivated: Self-driven with a passion for continuous learning and the ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
- Persistent: A hustler mentality with resourcefulness, results orientation, high integrity and exceptional accountability.
