Find a Ride
- Shuttle Information
Tropiano Transportation
After retrieving luggage, proceed to the Ground Transportation Desk in the Baggage Claim Area and dial #19. All shuttle arrangements must be made in advance of arrival at Philadelphia International. Call 215-352-3735 and press x4. Cost is $55 cash per person one way; shuttle fits 8; 48 hours notice required
Rapid Rover
After retrieving luggage, proceed to the Ground Transportation Desk in the Baggage Claim Area and dial #21. All shuttle arrangements must be made in advance of arrival at Philadelphia International. Call 800-322-8062. Cost is $141 total for 1-3 people
- Download transportation options for additional information on taxis, public transport, and rental cars
- Harrah’s is less than 60min from the Philadelphia airport; it’s all highway and a toll road; you should not have to worry about traffic
Parking
- On-site parking, fee: $10USD daily, Monday-Thursday; $15USD daily, Friday-Sunday
- Valet parking, fee: $15USD daily, Monday-Thursday; $25USD daily, Friday-Sunday
- Customers pay for parking as they are leaving for both Valet & Self-Parking.

Registration/Information Desk Hours
Main check in will also include a welcome reception with drinks and snacks - stay to mingle with other attendees and Harris staff on Tuesday, from 4:30pm-6:30pm in the Avalon Lobby on the second floor. All other check in and information desk times are listed here.

There are 19 Harris Business Units attending, each offering multiple tracks and learning sessions, along with 4 Diamond Sponsor sessions to choose from. Find answers to your questions; stop by the HCTC2017 information desks located in the Wildwood (1 st floor) and Avalon (2 nd floor) lobbies.
Make Connections
Diamond Sponsors will be presenting their latest products and services in information sessions. Discover resources, with more than 30 sponsors and exhibitors in attendance this year. All Diamond Sponsor sessions will take place during lunch on Wednesday & Thursday Lunch will be served in the session rooms for those attending For those not attending, proceed to lunch in the Avalon Ballrooms

Post Conference Survey: Who likes free money?
- Surveys are accessible via the Mobile App; simply click the Survey icon on the Home screen.
- Customers who fill out a survey will have their names entered in a drawing for a $250 gift card.
- One customer from each Business Unit will be randomly drawn and awarded a gift card. (This is in lieu of any prizes we typically give out on Thursday evening).
- Winners will be announced by November 30th.
- Please note that filling out the survey more than once will disqualify you from prize eligibility.
Dress Code
- Our conference dress code is Business Casual (denim friendly) for all sessions, meals and special events. All conference-sponsored activities take place on Harrah’s property. You are encouraged, but not required, to dress up in “Roaring 20s” style for the Wednesday night cocktail party.
