CityView welcomes Karan Sharma as our newest employee. As customer support analyst, Karan brings a range of experience to the CityView team, with a background that includes working in a municipal government as well as retail sectors. This diverse experience has equipped him with valuable skills in both technological and client service roles. A bachelor’s degree in computer information systems further adds value by helping him combine a strong theoretical foundation with practical expertise.

Originally from India, Karan moved to Canada as an international student, and his journey has been both enriching and transformative. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring artistic pursuits such as sketching and dancing. He also holds a striking interest in playing soccer regularly.

"I am excited to bring my skills to the table and help the support team here at CityView to deliver excellent service," he said, adding, "I’m looking forward to connecting with everyone and creating a positive work environment."
