The County Goes Live with Marijuana Licensing
La Plata County, CO went live with CityView Marijuana Licensing in August. CityView Licensing is used to track both medicinal and recreational marijuana facilities including: growers, manufacturers, testing facilities, and retail centers.
When CityView says you can use its Licensing module to “regulate licensing for any type of business,” it really means ANY type of business. CityView’s configurability enables it to flex to the workflow and data capture requirements of La Plata’s business processes to efficiently handle initial marijuana license applications, renewals, and changes. The system collects fees, manages inspections and digitizes the hearing and approval process for licensing cannabis businesses while ensuring all of its data is centrally located, easily accessible, and included in reports.
