As Manager, Strategic Projects, you’ll wear multiple hats to ensure CityView's operations align seamlessly with our strategic objectives. You’ll collaborate with departments like Sales, Marketing, Support and Product Development, ensuring projects run smoothly and deliver meaningful results.

Here’s how you’ll leave your mark:

Key responsibilities

1. Operational strategy: Develop and execute strategies that drive efficiency, growth, and alignment with organizational goals. Identify areas for process improvement and cost optimization.
2. Cross-functional collaboration: Serve as a bridge between teams, ensuring cohesive communication and shared success. Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and minimize attrition risks.
3. Data-driven decision making: Analyze data to uncover insights that drive operational improvements. Present actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
4. Project leadership: Oversee strategic projects from inception to completion, ensuring they’re delivered on time and within scope.Manage administrative tasks such as communication, billing, and working capital follow-ups.
5. Team leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing Small Products team, fostering a collaborative, results-oriented culture.
6. Driving sales and partner relations: Collaborate with Sales on campaigns, pricing and RFP responses, and participate in product demos. Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, managing relationships to drive growth.

What you bring to the table

We’re looking for a leader with the following qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in a technical or business field
• Proven experience overseeing project implementations or customer success initiatives, including 5+ years in a leadership role
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• A technical mindset with a passion for learning new products and tools

Bonus: Experience in community development, local government or document management systems.
