Aanchal Arora has joined our professional services team as an implementation specialist.

Aanchal brings more than a decade of experience in human resources, where she developed a passion for creating inclusive, people-first environments while driving customer-centric strategies. Throughout her career, she has designed initiatives that promote talent retention, employee well-being and team collaboration.

Her expertise extends to working closely with customers to implement practices that improve operational efficiency, streamline communication and strengthen company culture. Aanchal believes in taking a people-first approach, saying, “I believe that a motivated, engaged workforce is key to providing exceptional service and fostering long-term business success.”

Outside of work, Aanchal is an avid traveler who enjoys exploring new cultures and destinations. When she’s not on the go, she loves relaxing at home with movies or catching up on sleep.
