CityView is pleased to announce that Susan McCormick has been named executive vice president.

Sean Higgins, who has led the CityView business since 2014, is now a Harris group leader, overseeing a portfolio of three business units, CityView, iCarol and Harris ERP. "Susan's mark is on every aspect of the business and she has played - and continues to play - a significant role in the success of the business operationally, financially, and in its growth and service to our customers," said Sean. "Because of this, I am tremendously pleased to announce that Susan McCormick is being promoted to executive vice president for CityView."

Susan brings more than 25 years of experience in creating software solutions for government agencies. As executive vice president, she oversees the company’s ongoing growth and profitability, sustainability, and delivery of exceptional business solutions. Together with the leadership team, she focuses on delivering a compelling customer experience.

Susan is a CityView veteran with more than 17 years of progressive experience, including executive vice president and vice president of research and development at CityView. Most recently, she held the position of vice president, customer success. In that role, Susan directed the leaders of support and product development to enable customers to be successful in their roles through the use of CityView solutions.
