CityView is proud to introduce the newest member of our leadership team, Liam Collins. As the director of customer success, Liam leads our dedicated team of support specialists and is committed to exceeding customer satisfaction.
“I am looking forward to getting to know CityView customers and their communities, and I pledge to work to continually improve our service delivery to them,” he says.
Liam has more than 15 years of experience in project management, customer service and business development across a range of different enterprises. He spent nearly a decade working for a company providing embedded systems to public transit agencies in municipalities such as Atlanta, Chicago and New York City.
“I am thrilled to be joining CityView and Harris, as I have heard so many great things about working here. I am looking forward to getting to know my co-workers over the coming weeks and months, and hope that I can contribute to the continuing success of the business,” he adds.
Liam holds a Project Management Professional (PMP)® Certification. He earned his Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Anthropology, from Saint Francis Xavier University in Antigonish, Nova Scotia.
He lives on Pender Island/S,DÁYES, one of the Southern Gulf Islands located in the Salish Sea between Vancouver and Victoria on the southwestern coast of British Columbia. It is part of the traditional lands of the Coast Salish Peoples including the W̱SÁNEĆ (Saanich) First Nations. It is known as S¸DÁYES in the SENĆOŦEN language.
In his spare time, Liam enjoys cooking and the occasional round of golf. Bilingual in both French and English, he also speaks intermediate level Spanish.
